Over the weekend we finally got the chance to see Frozen 2. I was expecting a let down, not many sequels live up to the original, especially the ever amazing FROZEN. I’ve only seen the film a hundred thousand or so times since it’s release. I was pleasantly surprised by how AMAZING this sequel is! The movie itself was beautiful, the music was catchy as ever, and the story was great. We loved it. After seeing the film I thought it was time to post my review of the ColourPop’s Disney Frozen 2 Collection.
Each set includes a Lux Lipstick, an Eye shadow palette, a gloss, and a glitter gel and are priced at $38 per set or $76 for both.

The shadows are really easy to blend, the pigment is fantastic and I dealt with very little fallout. The pressed glitters are just a bit less sticky then I was prepared for but they stayed all day and didn’t get everywhere. The gel glitter was really fun to use. My daughter loved having her makeup done to look like Elsa for the movie. We forgot to take a photo, imagine that ;). I did take a photo of the 2nd day I tried the Elsa palette along with the glitter gloss. Have yet to use the lipstick, but if they are like past ColourPop lipsticks I’m sure they are great.
For this I used the Elsa palette. Fire (pinky mauve) all over the lid. Cuddle Close (white) in the inner corner. Awakened (deep purple berry) and Spindrift (deepened wine) to deepen the crease. Gale (warm lavender) over the lid. Blended it all out with more Fire (pinky mauve) and topped it with the Flurry (opal glitter) all over the lid.
The Glitter gloss was extremely comfortable, not too sticky, and I wasn’t leaving a trail of sticky glitter behind.
I also used Colourpop No Filter Matte Foundation, BFF Mascara, and the No Filter Matte Concealer as well, review to come.
You can purchase the bundle here on ColourPop’s Website. Nor Sponsored… a girl can dream.. 🙂 Also, go see Frozen 2, so you can finally say goodbye to “Let it Go,” and discover “Into the Unknown.” Trust me, it’s GREAT!
